Managing Multiple Salon Locations Under One Trimsy Account

Multi-location businesses need software that consolidates reporting without sacrificing per-site control. Here is how Trimsy handles it.

Running two or more salon locations is operationally complex. Staff rosters differ between sites. Bookings need to be managed separately but reporting needs to consolidate. Loyalty points need to work across every location. And you should not need a different login for each site.

Here is how Trimsy handles multi-location businesses.

One Account, All Locations

Trimsy is designed for multi-location businesses from the ground up. All your locations are managed under a single account with a single login. You can switch between locations instantly inside the admin panel.

When you are viewing the queue or bookings at Location A, you are seeing exactly what the team at that site sees. When you switch to Location B, the view updates immediately.

Separate Operations, Unified Reporting

Each location has its own:

  • Staff roster and working hours
  • Service menu (with the option to share a menu across locations)
  • Booking page and kiosk
  • Live queue management

Reporting is available both per-location and consolidated. You can see total revenue across all sites or drill into a single location's performance. Staff reports are per-location. Overall business health is combined.

Loyalty That Works Across Sites

Clients who visit multiple locations share a single loyalty account. Points earned at Location A can be redeemed at Location B. The loyalty portal shows the client's full visit history regardless of which site they visited.

This creates continuity for clients who move between suburbs or use different locations for different services — and it means your loyalty program is genuinely useful, not fragmented by geography.

Staff Who Work Across Locations

Some staff work at multiple sites — three days at one location and two at another. Trimsy handles this with per-location roster settings. A staff member's availability at each site reflects their actual schedule at that site. Clients can book them at whichever location they are working on a given day.

Getting Set Up

Adding a second location to Trimsy takes about 15 minutes:

  1. Add the new location in Settings → Locations
  2. Set the address, hours, and services for that location
  3. Assign staff members and their schedules at that location
  4. Share the new booking URL and kiosk link

From that point, the second location operates independently but reports into the same account.
