Does Trimsy work with Square and Stripe?

Trimsy integrates with both Square Terminal (in-person card payments) and Stripe Connect (online deposits and card-on-file). You can enable one or both from your settings.

Are there transaction fees on top of Square or Stripe fees?

No. Trimsy does not charge any additional transaction fees. You pay only the standard processing fees set by Square or Stripe directly.

How are SMS reminders sent?

Trimsy sends automated SMS reminders 3 days before and on the day of each appointment using your own Twilio number. Each plan includes a monthly SMS quota.

What happens if I run out of SMS credits?

You can purchase additional SMS credit packs at any time from your billing page. You can also enable auto-recharge so credits are topped up automatically when they fall below a threshold.

How do I add staff members?

Staff are added from the Staff section in your admin panel. Each staff member gets their own login, schedule, and service assignments. You can also set commission rates per staff member.

Yes. If you enable the 'book by stylist' option in settings, customers can choose their preferred staff member when booking online or at the kiosk.

How does the loyalty program work?

Customers earn points for every visit or dollar spent. You set the earn and redeem rates. Customers can check their balance and history through the loyalty portal on your business website.
