How AI billing works

Every AI call deducts from a prepaid AUD credit balance — same top-up flow as SMS. Stripe charges AUD; we absorb the underlying Claude USD cost + FX into the credit price so what you see is what you pay.

Pack pricing: $5 / 250 credits (2¢/credit) · $15 / 1,000 credits (1.5¢/credit) · $30 / 2,500 credits (1.2¢/credit). Text features cost 1 credit per call, vision features cost 5, two-sided ID checks cost 10.

Typical sole-practitioner: 10 AI calls a day on the 1,000-pack tier ≈ $0.30 AUD/day, ≈ $9 AUD/month. Heavy users on the 2,500-pack tier pay less per call again. Auto-recharges when your balance dips below the threshold you set — no surprise overages.
