A new look for your customer emails

Customer portal, a rebuilt dashboard, and filling freed slots in one click
- NewA customer portal your clients can sign into — their upcoming bookings, current status and full visit history, without an app to install.
- NewWhen a booking is cancelled, offer the freed slot to your waitlist in one click instead of ringing round.
- NewA needs-attention widget on the dashboard that surfaces what is waiting on you rather than making you go looking.
- ImprovedThe dashboard has been rebuilt: a clearer layout, quick-create for bookings and customers, and a customer modal you can open without losing your place.
- ImprovedBooking receipts now show your business header and list service names, including per-pet and party bookings.
- ImprovedPoint of sale is gated by the modules you actually use, so the till is not cluttered with things you have switched off.
- FixedDeposit lines now calculate correctly on invoices, and a booking that is ready to check out shows the right date.

Reviews on the dashboard, and better lists everywhere

One status colour, everywhere
- ImprovedBooking statuses use a single set of colours across the calendar, lists and the dashboard — confirmed, arrived, completed, no-show and cancelled read the same wherever you are.
- ImprovedPast dates are dimmed on the calendar, so a day that has already gone cannot be mistaken for one you can still book.
