Per-box digital signatures
Admin places signature boxes on the PDF for each party. Applicant, spouse, and dependants click each box and sign in-browser — DocuSign-style, no add-on cost.
Employment history capture
Customer portal collects work title, employer, dates, location, and remarks per role. Full DHA-compliant export — straight from the portal to your submission.
Education history capture
Qualification, institution, field of study, dates, location. Perfect for skilled-visa points claims and qualification recognition.
Travel history capture
International trips — departure / arrival dates, country, purpose, optional passport number. Required for character + health declarations.
Passport OCR (MRZ + AI)
Tesseract MRZ parser on the bottom-strip is the default — free and instant. Switch to Claude vision for damaged scans, low-res photos, or non-MRZ pages. Auto-fills name, DOB, nationality, document number, expiry.
Driver-licence verification (Claude)
Upload front + back of an Australian driver licence; Claude vision extracts name, DOB, address, licence number, and expiry. Billed per scan via top-up overage, same as SMS — no monthly minimum.
100-point ID scoring
Configure points-per-document type (passport 70, drivers licence 40, Medicare 25…). The customer portal shows the running total so they know exactly which extra ID they still need to provide.
Agreement templates with merge tags
Upload your existing service agreement once as a .docx. Merge tags fill in client name, fee, services, parties table automatically. DOCX → PDF conversion happens server-side.
Audit trail per signer
Server timestamp, customer-typed declared date, IP address, device user-agent — captured on every signature. Audit page baked into the signed PDF + a click-to-view modal in admin.
Branded customer portal

Every previous address with from/to dates, country, and optional purpose — exactly the shape DHA character checks expect. Customer fills it once in their portal; it stays on file for every future job.
ID verification on signup
Force ID-document upload before a new client can access the portal. Configurable per agency: passport-only, 100-point combo, or off. The customer can't skip it — keeps your KYC clean from day one.
Per-client notes timeline
