For Australian plumbing businesses · Built in Australia
The all-in-one platform for plumbers — dispatch, job history, and invoices in one place.
Swap the whiteboard, the group chat, and the shoebox of dockets for one Australian platform. Take the after-hours call, see who is free and send them the job with the address and job notes on their phone, capture photos and parts on site, and send a GST invoice before the van leaves the kerb — flat monthly fee, no cut of your jobs.
Emergency callouts dispatched by ringing around to see who’s free
The job that changed on site — extra parts, extra hours — invoiced from memory days later
Photos of the fault sitting in one plumber’s camera roll instead of on the job
Quotes for bigger work (hot water swap, re-pipe) written in the van and never followed up
Parts bought for a job you haven’t taken a deposit on
No single history for a property — what was done last time, and who did it
With Trimsy
What changes
See who is free at a glance and send the job to their phone with address, access notes, and job history
Add parts, labour, and variations on site — the invoice builds itself as the job changes
Photos and notes attach to the job, not to somebody’s phone
Quotes the customer accepts online, with every open quote in one list so none goes cold unnoticed
Take a deposit before you order parts, and the balance on completion
One file per property: every job, photo, invoice, and note, going back years
Plumbing job management for the business you actually run
A one-van service plumber, a maintenance round for strata, and a bathroom re-fit are three different weeks. The same job record sits underneath all three.
Emergency and after-hours callouts
The burst-main calls that arrive at the worst time and reshuffle the whole day.
See who is free and send the job to their phone with address and access notes
The property’s history travels with it — what failed last time, and who fixed it
Everyone still on the run gets an SMS when the day moves
Maintenance rounds and service contracts
Repeat work for strata, real estate agents and commercial sites, where the value is in the record.
A recurring job set once — monthly, quarterly, annually
Readings and photos captured on your own job form, filed against the property
Years of history on one address when the agent or an auditor asks
Installs, re-pipes and bathroom work
Bigger jobs that live for weeks, carry variations, and need paying in stages.
Quote from site, customer accepts online, quote becomes the job
A deposit before you order parts, the balance on completion
Scope and variations e-signed, so “that wasn’t in the price” has an answer
Why it matters
Dispatch that survives a bad morning
Plumbing schedules don’t hold. One burst main and the whole day reshuffles — and the cost of that isn’t the reschedule, it’s the three customers nobody rang. Trimsy lets you move the day around and notifies every affected customer by SMS as you go, so a blown-out run doesn’t turn into four complaints and a bad review.
The same engine chases your overdue invoices, so the money follows the work without you sitting down on Sunday to do it.
Recurring jobs and repeat customers
Access notes and photos against the job
Digital checklists and signatures
Flat pricing — no commission on a job
Australian support, in Australian hours
Everything a plumbing business needs, in one tool
From the 6am emergency call to the dispatch, the on-site variation, and the GST invoice that follows the van.
Emergency dispatch
See who’s free on the day’s schedule and send the job to their phone with the address, access notes, and what went wrong last time.
Job scheduling
Drag jobs across the day, block out travel, and keep the calendar honest when a callout blows up the run.
On-site photos + notes
Before and after photos attach to the job, so the invoice — and any dispute six months later — has evidence behind it.
Parts + labour tracking
Add parts and hours as the job changes on site. No more reconstructing a variation from memory on Friday night.
Quote → job → invoice
Quote the hot water swap, convert it to a job, send a GST invoice — one flow, no re-keying.
Deposits + payments
Take a deposit before ordering parts, card payment on completion, and chase overdue invoices automatically.
Plumbing job forms
Build your own forms — a hot water service report, a backflow test record, a site safety check — filled in on a phone and stored against the job and the property.
Job sheets + agreements
Send and e-sign work authorisations and scope documents with a full audit trail — no per-signature fees.
A CRM built for plumbers
Every customer and every address in one file — what was replaced, when, by whom, and what it cost — with the quotes, invoices and messages beside it.
Team + apprentices
Roster licensed plumbers and apprentices, set permissions, and see who’s on what without a phone call.
Online booking, 24/7
Customers book maintenance, leak repairs, or an install online at any hour, choosing the job type and a time window. The call you’d have missed with your hands under a sink becomes a booking.
Arrival updates by SMS
A confirmation at booking, a reminder the day before, and a heads-up on the day. Fewer “where are you?” calls, more time on the tools.
Reporting for BAS
Revenue by job type, plumber, or period. See which work actually makes money, and hand your accountant a clean record at BAS time.
What it costs
From $24.99 a month.
A flat monthly fee in AUD. Nothing per booking, nothing per job, and the card rate you pay is your provider's own — Trimsy adds nothing to it.
For a GST-registered business, a tax invoice needs your business name and ABN, the words “tax invoice”, the date, a description of what was supplied with quantities and prices, the GST amount, and — for invoices of $1,000 or more — the buyer’s name or ABN. On a plumbing invoice that usually means labour and parts as separate lines, the call-out fee, and the site address. Many plumbers add their licence number; check your state regulator’s rules on where it must appear. The ATO sets the tax invoice requirements.
Does Trimsy work as plumbing invoice software?
Yes. Parts and labour added to the job on site become the invoice lines, so the invoice is built from what was actually done rather than typed up later. It is GST-compliant with your ABN, goes out by email or SMS from your phone, can be paid online by card, and overdue invoices are reminded automatically.
Is there an invoice app I can use on site?
Trimsy runs in a phone browser and installs to the home screen like an app. You can build the invoice at the kerb, take a card payment and send the receipt before you drive off. It needs a connection — there is no offline mode.
What plumbing business forms can I set up?
Any form you design: service reports, test records, pre-start safety checks, a customer sign-off. Forms attach to the job, are completed on a phone, and stay on the property’s history. Trimsy does not supply or lodge state compliance certificates — those still go through your regulator’s own system — but the readings and photos behind them are kept with the job.
Can I quote a bigger job and turn it into an invoice?
Yes. Quote the hot water replacement or the re-pipe, the customer accepts online, and the quote becomes the job and then the invoice without re-typing. You can ask for a deposit before ordering parts.
What is plumbing job management software?
It is the layer between the phone call and the payment: who is doing the job, when, at which address, what was found, what was fitted, and what it came to. A diary tells you a job exists; job management software keeps the scope, the photos, the parts, the variations and the invoice on the same record, so nobody rebuilds Friday afternoon from memory. Trimsy does this as one flow — quote, job, invoice — rather than three tools that need re-keying between them.
Can I run recurring maintenance and service contracts?
Yes. Set a recurring job monthly, quarterly or annually and it generates on schedule against the property. Each visit carries your own job form, so readings, photos and a sign-off are captured the same way every time and stay on that address’s history. That record is usually what a strata committee or managing agent is actually paying for.
What does it cost?
Essential is $24.99 a month and includes one staff member. Growth is $49.99 a month and includes three. Extra staff are $7 a month each on either plan. No commission and no per-job fee.
