Trimsy is a fixed monthly subscription — like Xero or Shopify. You pay $19.99–$49.99/month flat, no matter how many bookings you take. Marketplace platforms like Fresha and Booksy take a percentage of every new-client booking because their business model is selling traffic. We don't — your booking page lives on your own subdomain, and your customers are your customers.
What about card processing fees?+
Trimsy lets you bring your own Stripe Connect or Square Terminal, so you pay your processor's rate directly (1.7–2.2% in Australia). We never touch the money — it goes straight to your bank.
I get a lot of new clients from the Fresha marketplace. Do I lose those?+
No. You can still list on marketplaces while running Trimsy as your main system. Most owners migrate gradually — start by sending repeat clients to your Trimsy booking link, save the commission on those bookings, and reinvest it into ads or local SEO that you own.
