Billing — managing your Trimsy subscription

View your current plan, see what features are included, upgrade or downgrade, and access past invoices from the Billing page.

The Billing page (accessible from the top-right personal menu) shows everything related to your Trimsy subscription — your current plan, renewal date, included features, and invoice history.

Current plan

At the top, a card shows:

  • Plan name — Trial, Essential, or Growth
  • Status — Active, Trialling, Past Due, or Cancelled
  • Next renewal date — when your subscription renews and the amount that will be charged
  • Features included — a checklist of everything your plan provides

Upgrading your plan

Click Upgrade to see all available plans side by side. Click Choose Plan on the plan you want. You will be taken to Stripe's secure checkout to complete the payment. After payment, your plan upgrades immediately.

Changing plans

You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep your existing features until the next renewal.

Cancelling your subscription

Click Cancel subscription to cancel at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to all features until the period ends. Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation in case you choose to resubscribe.

Invoice history

Scroll to the bottom of the Billing page to see all past invoices. Each invoice shows the date, amount, and a link to view or download the PDF from Stripe. Invoices are also emailed to your account email address when a payment is processed.

Trial period

New accounts start on a 14-day free trial that includes all features. A credit card is not required during the trial. When the trial ends, you choose a plan to continue — or your account is suspended (not deleted).
