Fix bounced emails
Addresses that rejected your mail, and how to bring one back.
When an address bounces, Trimsy stops sending to it — continuing to mail a dead address damages delivery for everyone else on your domain.
1. Bounced lists the addresses, with the Reason and whether it was a Hard bounce.
2. A hard bounce means the address does not exist; a soft one is usually temporary.
3. Fix the address on the customer record first, then Reactivate email and record the Reason for reactivation.
Tip: Reactivating without correcting the address just bounces again and costs you more sender reputation.
