Reports — revenue, sales, and service analytics
The Reports page gives you date-range revenue summaries, service-by-service breakdowns, and staff performance metrics.
The Reports page is the central analytics hub for your salon. It combines revenue, service, customer, and loyalty data into one place so you can make informed business decisions.
Date range selection
Every report starts with a date range. Use the preset buttons (Today, This Week, This Month, Last Month, This Year, Custom) to select the period you want to analyse. All charts and tables on the page update to reflect your selection.
Revenue tab
The Revenue tab shows:
- Total revenue for the period, broken down by day or week in a bar chart
- Revenue by service — which services generated the most income. Helps you identify your highest-value services and spot underperformers.
- Revenue by staff — which team members generated the most revenue. Used for performance conversations and commission calculations.
- Revenue by payment method — split between card, cash, packs, gift cards, and complimentary services.
Sales chart tab
A visual chart of daily sales over the selected period. Hover over any point to see the exact date and total. Useful for spotting trends — peak days of the week, slow periods, and the impact of promotions.
Loyalty tab
Shows loyalty programme activity:
- Total points earned vs. redeemed in the period
- Number of customers who joined loyalty this period
- Most active loyalty members by points earned
- Points expiring in the next 30 days (to help you run re-engagement campaigns before points are lost)
Customers tab
Customer analytics for the period:
- New customers vs. returning customers — the ratio tells you how well you are retaining clients
- Visit frequency — average visits per customer per month
- At-risk customers — clients who have not visited in over 60 days
- Top customers by spend — your most valuable clients by total spend in the period
