QR & links — share links and printable QR codes

The QR & Links page gives you every shareable URL and QR code related to your salon. Print them, display them, or embed them on your external website and social profiles.

Customer Facing

• Booking link — the direct URL to your online booking page. Share this in your Instagram bio, Facebook page, Google Business profile, and email signature.
• Queue join link — customers who click this link are taken directly to the queue check-in on their phone — useful for sharing via WhatsApp when someone asks "are you busy right now?"
• Loyalty check link — lets customers check their points balance without logging in
• Business info link — a link to your full public profile including hours, address, and services

Printable QR Codes

Each QR code links to the same URLs above but in a format optimised for printing on A4, A5, or a square card:

• Scan to Join Queue — a QR code that adds the customer to your walk-in queue. Print and place at the reception desk or on a table tent card near the door.
• Kiosk check-in QR — the same functionality as the kiosk tablet's QR scan mode. Useful for locations without a dedicated tablet.

Click Print on any QR code to open the browser print dialog with the QR code pre-formatted on a clean white page.

Embed

For businesses that have an external website, the Embed tab provides an iframe code snippet to embed your Trimsy booking form directly into your own website. Choose from preset sizes (small widget, medium panel, full page) and copy the HTML.
