Settings — Locations tab
If you operate more than one salon location, the Locations tab lets you add, configure, and manage each site independently.
The Settings → Locations tab manages your physical salon locations. Each location has its own address, phone number, operating hours, and kiosk configuration. Staff and services can be assigned to specific locations.
Adding a new location
Click + Add Location and fill in:
- Location name — a display name customers see when choosing where to book (e.g. "City CBD" or "Westfield Branch")
- Address — the physical street address for this site
- Phone number — the direct phone number for this location
- Email — location-specific email for enquiries
Setting hours per location
After creating a location, click Set Hours to configure the specific operating hours for that site. These override the global hours for bookings made at this location.
Assigning staff to a location
When you add or edit a staff member in Team → Staff, a Locations field lets you assign them to one or more locations. Staff only appear in the booking page and queue for the locations they are assigned to.
Location-specific kiosk settings
Each location can have its own kiosk PIN, queue message, and display language. Configure these in Settings → Kiosk by selecting the location from the dropdown.
Booking page location selector
If you have multiple active locations, customers on your booking page are prompted to choose which location they want to visit before selecting a service and staff. The queue and roster are all managed per-location.
Archiving a location
If a location closes permanently, click Archive. Archived locations do not appear in new bookings but their historical data is retained.
