Settings — Loyalty tab

Configure whether loyalty rewards are active, set a display name for your programme, and adjust point earning behaviour.

The Settings → Loyalty tab (labelled "Extra" in some views) contains the on/off toggle for your loyalty programme and its high-level display settings. Detailed point rates and tier rules are in Customers → Loyalty Rules.

Enabling loyalty

Toggle Loyalty programme active to turn the programme on or off for your entire account. When off, no points are earned on any transactions and the loyalty section is hidden from customer-facing pages.

Programme name

Enter a name for your loyalty programme — for example, "Glamour Rewards" or "VIP Club." This name is displayed on:

  • Your public booking page and customer portal
  • The kiosk check-in screen ("Join the Glamour Rewards programme")
  • Confirmation emails when customers earn or redeem points

Points name

Customise what you call your points — "points", "stars", "credits", or any other term that fits your brand. This text appears wherever points are mentioned to customers.

Joining method

Choose how customers join your loyalty programme:

  • Automatically on first visit — every customer with a profile is automatically a member
  • Opt-in at kiosk — customers must explicitly join at the check-in tablet
  • Opt-in at booking — customers tick a box to join when booking online

Birthday bonus

Toggle Birthday bonus on and set the number of bonus points or a multiplier awarded to customers during their birthday month. Birthday data is taken from the customer's date of birth field in their profile.
