Settings — Store Hours tab

Set your opening and closing times for each day of the week, mark public holidays, and add one-off closures.

The Settings → Store Hours tab controls when customers can make online bookings. If your salon is closed on a particular day or time, no booking slots will appear for that period.

Regular weekly hours

For each day of the week (Monday through Sunday), you can:

  • Toggle the day on or off — turn off a day to close it completely
  • Set open time — the earliest available booking slot for that day
  • Set close time — the latest booking slot (appointments must end by this time)

If your hours differ by location, each location has its own hours section — use the location dropdown at the top of the Store Hours page to switch.

Adding a break period

Within a day's hours, click Add Break to create a gap in availability (e.g. a lunch break from 12:30–1:30pm). Customers cannot book time slots that fall within a break period.

Public holidays

Click Add Public Holiday to add a specific date as closed. Enter the date and an optional label (e.g. "Christmas Day"). On public holidays, no booking slots are available regardless of the regular weekly schedule.

One-off closures

For dates that are not standard public holidays — for example, a staff training day or salon renovation — click Add Closure. Enter the start and end date and a reason. Existing bookings on those dates are not automatically cancelled; you will need to contact affected customers manually.

Changes take effect immediately

Any change to store hours is reflected on the online booking page within minutes. Customers who have already made bookings are not affected — only new bookings going forward are restricted by the updated hours.
