Website — managing your public salon website

Every Trimsy account includes a free public-facing website at your subdomain. Learn how to customise its content, layout, and SEO settings.

The Website page lets you manage the public-facing salon website that Trimsy provides for free at your subdomain (e.g. glamour.trimsy.au). This website is separate from the booking page and displays your services, team, hours, and a map — all auto-populated from your admin settings.

What the website includes

Your Trimsy website automatically includes:

  • Hero section — salon name, tagline, and a "Book Now" button
  • Services section — your services list, drawn from Catalog → Services
  • Team section — staff profiles, drawn from Team → Staff
  • Hours & Map — your opening hours and an embedded map, drawn from Settings → Store Hours and General
  • Loyalty section — your loyalty programme details if enabled
  • Reviews — published reviews from the Reviews page

All of these sections update automatically when you change the underlying data — you do not need to manually update the website.

Customising content

From the Website admin page you can:

  • Edit the hero tagline — a short phrase below your salon name (e.g. "Your neighbourhood's favourite cut and colour studio")
  • Set a cover photo — a full-width hero background image
  • Write an About Us blurb — a short paragraph about your salon shown in a dedicated section
  • Toggle sections on/off — hide any section you do not want displayed (e.g. hide Reviews until you have enough)

SEO settings

Set a page title (the text in the browser tab and in Google search results) and a meta description (the summary text shown in search results). These improve your Google ranking and help customers find you.

Custom domain

By default your website is at {yourslug}.trimsy.au. To use your own domain (e.g. www.glamoursalon.com.au), contact Trimsy support for assistance with DNS configuration.
