Packs & combos — pre-paid service bundles
Packs let customers pre-pay for a bundle of services at a discount. Learn how to create them, sell them at the POS, and track redemptions.
Packs & Combos (also called service packs) allow customers to pre-pay for a bundle of services — for example, "10 x Blow Dry" or "5 x Massage." They are typically sold at a discount compared to individual prices and are a great way to improve client retention.
Creating a pack
Click + New Pack and configure:
- Name — displayed on the POS and booking page (e.g. "10-Visit Blow Dry Pack")
- Services included — select which services can be redeemed from this pack. A pack can cover a single service or multiple services.
- Number of sessions — how many uses the pack includes
- Pack price — the total selling price of the pack
- Expiry — optionally set a number of days after purchase when unused sessions expire
- Available for online sale — whether customers can buy the pack on your booking page without visiting the salon
Selling a pack
In the POS, search for the pack name and add it to the cart like any other item. When the customer pays, the pack is created in their profile and the sessions are immediately available for use.
Redeeming a pack session
At checkout, if the customer has an active pack that covers the service, the POS will automatically detect it and offer to deduct a session. Click Use Pack to redeem one session from their balance. The transaction shows as a pack redemption.
Tracking pack usage
Open a customer's profile and go to the Loyalty tab (or the pack-specific section) to see all their active packs, remaining sessions, expiry dates, and redemption history.
