Timesheets — tracking hours worked
Timesheets automatically log when staff clock in and out, giving you an accurate record of hours worked for payroll.
Timesheets automatically record clock-in and clock-out times for each staff member. The data feeds directly into payroll calculations and helps you identify overtime, late arrivals, and missed shifts.
How staff clock in
Staff clock in on the kiosk tablet using their 4-digit PIN. When they clock in, a timesheet entry is created automatically. When they clock out (by entering their PIN again on the kiosk), the entry is closed with an end time.
Viewing timesheets
The Timesheets page shows a summary of all staff shifts in the selected period (default: current week). Columns show staff name, clock-in time, clock-out time, and total hours for each shift.
Use the date range picker to view any past period. Use the staff filter to view one person's history.
Editing a timesheet entry
If a staff member forgot to clock in or out, click the entry (or click + Add Entry for a missing clock-in) and manually enter the correct times. All manual edits are logged with a note of who made the change.
Exporting for payroll
Click Export CSV to download the filtered timesheets as a spreadsheet. The export includes each shift's start time, end time, duration, and the staff member's hourly rate (if configured) with total pay calculated.
Absence tracking
Shifts where a staff member was rostered but did not clock in are automatically flagged as Absent after the shift end time passes. You can mark these as approved absence (e.g. sick leave) or leave them as unresolved for follow-up.
