Ban a client
Stop a specific person booking again, and lift it if things change.
Occasionally someone should not be able to book with you. A ban blocks them at the booking form rather than relying on you spotting the name.
1. Use Find a customer to pick the person, then Ban a client.
2. Banned lists everyone currently blocked, with when it was applied.
3. Lift ban reverses it, and Lifted keeps the record that it happened.
Tip: The record of a lifted ban is deliberate. It is the context whoever handles them next will want.
