About identity verification
For regulated work, Trimsy tracks identity documents supplied by customers and scores them against the 100-point standard.
Review submissions
- Open Sidebar → ID Verification to view submissions awaiting review.
- Select a submission to view uploaded documents side by side.
- Approve or reject with a note — the customer receives notification either way.
Track customer scores
Each customer's ID score appears on their profile header.
Tip: Enable the score widget and set thresholds in Settings → Customer Portal to display scores on your customer portal.
