1. Open Manage ▸ Customer Data ▸ Documents to see every file across customers.

2. Set up Document Types first so uploads are categorised consistently.

3. Upload from the customer profile or let customers upload via their portal.

4. Add an expiry date — Trimsy emails both you and the customer before it lapses.

Tip: Passport uploads can be OCR-read to auto-fill customer details on eligible plans.
