Customer profile — Bookings tab
View all upcoming and past booked appointments for this customer, and take actions like rescheduling or cancelling from within the profile.
The Bookings tab shows all appointments — both upcoming and past — for this specific customer. Unlike the Service History tab which only shows completed visits, the Bookings tab includes pending, confirmed, and cancelled appointments as well.
Upcoming bookings
The first section shows all future appointments sorted by date. Each upcoming booking shows:
- Service name
- Date and time
- Assigned staff member
- Status (Pending, Confirmed)
Click an upcoming booking to open its full detail. From there you can edit the time, change the service, reassign to a different staff member, or cancel.
Past bookings
Below the upcoming section, past bookings are listed in reverse chronological order. Each past booking shows its final status — Completed, Cancelled, or No-Show.
Adding a booking from the profile
Click + New Booking within the Bookings tab to create a new appointment pre-filled with this customer's details. You only need to select the service, staff, and time.
Cancellation notes
When a booking was cancelled, the cancellation reason (if one was recorded) appears in the booking detail. This helps you understand patterns — for example, a customer who frequently cancels last-minute.
