Customer profile — Family Members tab

Link family members under one customer profile so a parent or guardian can book for multiple people in a single visit.

The Family Members tab lets you associate other people — typically children or dependents — with a customer's main profile. This is useful for families where one person (the account holder) books and pays for multiple family members at once.

Adding a family member

Click + Add Family Member and enter:

  • First and last name
  • Date of birth (optional, used for children's loyalty bonuses)
  • Relationship (e.g. Daughter, Son, Partner)
  • Any notes

Family members do not have their own login or email address — they are attached to the main account holder's profile.

Booking for a family member

When creating a booking or adding someone to the queue, select the account holder as the customer, then select the family member's name in the For field. The service history, payment, and loyalty points all go to the main account holder, but the service record notes which family member received the service.

Editing and removing family members

Click the pencil icon on any family member to edit their details. Click the bin icon to remove them. Removing a family member does not delete their historical service records — those remain under the account holder's service history with the family member's name noted.
