Customer profile — Loyalty tab
View a customer's full loyalty point history — how many points they've earned, spent, and how they earned them.
The Loyalty tab shows the complete points ledger for this customer — every transaction that earned or spent points, the current balance, and their tier status.
Points balance
At the top, the current redeemable balance is shown prominently. Below it, a secondary figure shows lifetime points earned — the total accumulated since they joined, regardless of redemptions.
Points ledger
The ledger is a chronological list of every loyalty event:
- Earned entries appear in green — showing the transaction amount, the multiplier that applied, and the points awarded
- Redeemed entries appear in amber — showing what the points were spent on
- Expired entries appear in grey — points that were not used before their expiry date
- Adjustments appear with a staff name — manual point additions or deductions made by staff
Manual point adjustment
If you need to add or remove points from a customer's balance (for example, as a goodwill gesture or to correct an error), click Adjust Points, enter the amount (positive to add, negative to remove), and enter a reason. The adjustment is logged with your name and the reason.
Loyalty tier
Below the balance, the customer's current tier is shown (Standard, Silver, Gold, Platinum) with the total spend required to maintain or reach the next tier. Tiers are recalculated automatically after every transaction.
Point expiry
If your loyalty rules include point expiry (configured in Customers → Loyalty Rules), expired points are clearly marked in the ledger. The customer's current balance only includes non-expired points.
