Customer profile — Overview tab
The Overview tab shows a customer's key stats, upcoming appointments, loyalty balance, and personal details at a glance.
The Overview tab is the first thing you see when you open a customer's profile. It gives a complete summary of the customer's relationship with your salon without needing to switch tabs.
Summary stats
At the top, four stat cards show:
- Loyalty points — current redeemable point balance
- Total spent — cumulative spend across all transactions
- Visits — total completed service visits (queue + booking)
- Member since — when the customer's profile was first created
Personal details
Below the stats, the customer's contact details are displayed — name, email, phone, and date of birth. Click the Edit button (pencil icon) to update any of these details. Changes take effect immediately and are reflected on future bookings and notifications.
Upcoming bookings
A compact list of the customer's next confirmed appointments with the service name, date/time, and assigned staff. Click any booking to jump to its detail.
Loyalty tier and milestones
If you use loyalty tiers (e.g. Silver, Gold, Platinum), the customer's current tier badge is displayed alongside a progress bar showing how far they are to the next tier. Milestones — like "5th visit" or "Birthday month bonus" — are listed as they become eligible.
Member type
Shows whether the customer is a standard member, a loyalty member, or flagged as a VIP. You can manually change the member type from here.
Last visit
The date of their most recent completed visit is shown prominently. This helps you quickly identify customers you have not seen in a while.
