What each entry shows
- Date — when the customer joined the queue
- Check-in time — the exact time they added themselves
- Wait time — how long they waited from check-in to being called
- Service time — how long their service took once started
- Services — what they were served
- Staff — who served them
- Status — Served, Removed, or No-show
Spotting loyal walk-in customers
A customer with a long queue history but no booking history is a habitual walk-in who may benefit from being encouraged to book appointments in advance. Seeing this pattern lets you have a targeted conversation or send them a personalised offer.
Wait time insights
The wait time column helps you understand if a particular customer consistently waits a long time, which might indicate they always come at peak times. You could proactively suggest they come at quieter periods.
