See every time this customer has joined the walk-in queue — including wait times, services, and whether they were served.

The Queue History tab records every time this customer has joined the walk-in queue at your salon — whether they checked in via the kiosk, scanned a QR code, or were added manually by staff.

What each entry shows

  • Date — when the customer joined the queue
  • Check-in time — the exact time they added themselves
  • Wait time — how long they waited from check-in to being called
  • Service time — how long their service took once started
  • Services — what they were served
  • Staff — who served them
  • Status — Served, Removed, or No-show

Spotting loyal walk-in customers

A customer with a long queue history but no booking history is a habitual walk-in who may benefit from being encouraged to book appointments in advance. Seeing this pattern lets you have a targeted conversation or send them a personalised offer.

Wait time insights

The wait time column helps you understand if a particular customer consistently waits a long time, which might indicate they always come at peak times. You could proactively suggest they come at quieter periods.
