Customer profile — Service History tab
See every completed service visit — what was done, by whom, how much was paid, and what method was used.
The Service History tab shows every completed visit for this customer — whether it was a queue walk-in or a booked appointment. It is the most reliable record of exactly what services they have received and when.
What each entry shows
Each row in the service history shows:
- Date and time of the visit
- Services received — all services in that visit (a single visit may include multiple services)
- Staff member who performed each service
- Total amount paid for the visit
- Payment method — card, cash, pack, gift card, etc.
Filtering history
Use the date range picker to show visits within a specific period (e.g. last 6 months). You can also filter by service type to see, for example, only colour appointments.
Expanding a visit
Click any visit row to expand it and see the full receipt detail — individual service prices, any discounts applied, tax, and the exact transaction breakdown.
Using history for consultations
Before a new appointment, staff can quickly scan this tab to see what treatments the customer has had recently. This is especially useful for colourists who need to know the history of chemical treatments before applying new colour.
