Understanding your dashboard
The dashboard is your at-a-glance command centre. Here is what every card, number, and widget means.
The Dashboard is the first screen you see when you log in each day. It gives you a real-time snapshot of what is happening in your salon right now and how the month is tracking.
Today's summary cards
The four cards at the top show figures for the current calendar day only:
- Bookings today — all confirmed appointments for today, whether booked online, added manually, or converted from a walk-in queue entry.
- In queue — clients currently in the queue who have checked in but have not yet been marked as served. This number updates in real time.
- Revenue today — the total of all completed transactions processed through the POS or Stripe today. Includes card, cash, and pack redemptions.
- No-shows — appointments where the customer did not arrive and were manually marked as no-show. Click the card to jump to Bookings filtered to no-shows.
This month
Below the today cards, a second row shows month-to-date figures that accumulate from the 1st of the current month:
- Total bookings — all confirmed appointments regardless of status.
- Revenue — cumulative revenue for the month.
- New customers — customers whose very first booking was this calendar month.
- SMS used — messages sent this month with a progress bar against your plan's monthly quota. A red "Low" badge appears when fewer than 20% of credits remain. Click the Buy Credits link to go directly to the Billing page.
Recent activity feed
The activity feed on the right shows the last 10-20 events across your account — new bookings, cancellations, payments processed, customers joining loyalty, and staff check-ins. It refreshes automatically.
Upcoming bookings widget
A compact list of the next few appointments sorted by time. Each row shows the client name, service, assigned staff, and time. Click any row to open the full booking detail.
Quick actions
A row of shortcut buttons at the bottom of the dashboard lets you jump directly to Add Booking, Open POS, and Join Queue without navigating the sidebar.
