Dashboard overview — your salon at a glance
Your dashboard shows real-time bookings, revenue, queue status, and upcoming appointments in one command centre.
The Dashboard is your home screen when you log in. It displays real-time data about your salon right now and month-to-date performance.
Today's summary
Four cards at the top show figures for the current calendar day only:
- Bookings today — all confirmed appointments for today (online, manual, or converted from queue).
- In queue — clients checked in but not yet marked as served. Updates in real time.
- Revenue today — total completed transactions via POS or Stripe (card, cash, pack redemptions).
- No-shows — appointments where customers did not arrive and were marked no-show. Click to filter Bookings view.
Month-to-date figures
A second row shows cumulative data from the 1st of the current month:
- Total bookings — all confirmed appointments.
- Revenue — cumulative monthly total.
- New customers — customers whose first booking was this calendar month.
- SMS used — messages sent this month with a progress bar. A red "Low" badge appears below 20% remaining. Click Buy Credits to go to Billing.
Recent activity feed
The right panel shows the last 10–20 account events: new bookings, cancellations, payments, loyalty joins, and staff check-ins. Refreshes automatically.
Upcoming bookings
A compact list of your next few appointments, sorted by time. Each row shows client name, service, staff, and time. Click any row to view full booking details.
Quick actions
Shortcut buttons at the bottom let you jump directly to Add Booking, Open POS, and Join Queue without using the sidebar.
