1. Open Manage ▸ Agreements ▸ Agreement Templates and click New template.

2. Write the body in markdown, or upload a tagged .docx to keep your exact layout.

3. Insert merge tags for customer, job and service details — they fill automatically on send.

4. Send from a job or customer profile; each party gets their own signing link.

5. Track signature status and download the executed PDF when everyone has signed.

Tip: Add your saved signature in Manage ▸ Agreements ▸ Signatory so documents counter-sign automatically.
