Designing job pipelines
Define the stages work moves through and what happens at each one.
A pipeline is the backbone of your jobs board — its stages should mirror how work really flows through your business.
1. Open Manage ▸ Jobs Setup ▸ Pipelines.
2. Create a pipeline and add stages in order — keep them few and unambiguous.
3. Choose which stage emails the customer on entry, and what the message says.
4. Set a completion stage so finished work leaves the board cleanly.
