Reusable job checklists
The steps that must happen every time, attached to the job instead of someone’s memory.
A checklist template is a list you write once and attach to every job of that kind.

1. Create a template with a Name and Description, and add its Items.
2. Use Groups when a job has distinct phases and a flat list would be hard to follow.
3. Auto-attach to services means the checklist lands on the job automatically whenever that service is booked.
4. Deactivate a template you have retired instead of deleting it, so finished jobs keep the checklist they were done against.
Tip: Auto-attach is what makes this stick. A template nobody remembers to add is a template nobody uses.
