Track jobs through pipeline stages

What are jobs?

Jobs track work that spans multiple visits or interactions — applications, projects, repairs, and more. Move them through pipeline stages you define, from enquiry to paid.

Create and manage a job

1. Open Sidebar ▸ Jobs to view your pipeline board (your job type may be renamed, e.g. Applications).
2. Click New job and link the customer, then describe the work.
3. Drag the job card between stages as work progresses. Stage changes can automatically email the customer.
4. Open a job to add line items, parties, checklists, documents and agreements.
5. Generate an invoice from the job when you're ready to bill.

Customise your job labels

Rename "Jobs" to match your industry language in Settings ▸ Jobs — try Applications, Cases, or Projects.
