Read your financial overview

The Financial Overview is the summary you would take to an accountant or use to compare one month with another.

1. Set the period, and narrow by All Locations or All Staff when you are comparing sites or people.

2. Total paid is money actually received in the period, not money invoiced.

3. Retention Rate and Redemption Rate cover returning customers and how much of what you issued — vouchers, packs, points — is actually being used.

4. If a figure looks wrong, widen the filters first; most surprises are a location or staff filter left on.
