Receipts — sending and reprinting receipts

Find any past receipt, resend it by email or SMS, or print it directly from the browser.

The Receipts page gives you a dedicated list of all receipts across every transaction. You can resend a receipt at any time — useful when a customer did not receive theirs at checkout.

Finding a receipt

Search the receipts list by:

  • Customer name or email
  • Date — use the date range picker to narrow results
  • Receipt number — each receipt has a unique reference number

Resending a receipt

Click any receipt row and then click Send via Email or Send via SMS to resend it to the customer's details on file. You can also type a different email address or phone number in the send dialog if the customer has a preferred alternative.

Printing a receipt

Click Print to open the browser print dialog with the receipt pre-formatted for an A4 page or a standard receipt printer. The receipt layout includes your salon name, address, itemised services and products, totals, and payment method.

What a receipt shows

Every Trimsy receipt includes:

  • Salon name, address, and phone number
  • Receipt number and date/time
  • Customer name (or "Guest" if no customer was linked)
  • Itemised list of services and products with individual prices
  • Any discounts applied
  • Subtotal, tax (if applicable), and total charged
  • Payment method and amount tendered
  • Loyalty points earned (if the customer is a loyalty member)
